Physical Health

Our physical health is intertwined with our mental, emotional and spiritual health. Our thinking, feelings, and spirit interact with our physical body. They both affect physical health and are affected by it.

What is physical health? Fundamentally, it's what we do to care for our bodies. It includes what we eat and the exercise we engage in. Food and exercise influence the state of the body's vital processes on which we depend.
