Mental Wellness is the state of our mental balance.  Our thought patterns are powerful. They shape our view of reality, ourselves and what we believe we can accomplish in life. Our thought patterns also play a large role in determining our level of happiness, joy, success and even how healthy we are.

Just as emotions can impact the type of thoughts we have, so do thoughts influence the type emotions we feel. Just by thinking positive thoughts or saying positive things we can influence the chemical reactions taking place in our bodies which determine how we feel.
In essence, negative, stressful thought patterns can cause the release of chemicals in the body that lead to fatigue, sickness, depression and overall poor mental wellness while positive, appreciate thoughts can cause the release of chemicals in the body that lead to happiness and joy.
