Finding Your ‘Sweet Spot’

August 18, 2008

Each one of us has a ‘sweet spot’. The ‘sweet spot’ is the area in life where you want to be and are successful being there. For many of us, we are not properly placed. Whether it is in school or in the working world, many of us are surviving in lives where we are not in a place that provides us the best opportunity for happiness, success and fulfillment. Sometimes it is a result of our choosing where we have just come to accept where we are. In other cases, we don’t like our circumstances and want to do something to change them but are not sure exactly what to do or where to turn.

If the later is where you would place yourself you are far from alone. In today’s media blitzed world that we live in, we are presented with countless messages on an ongoing basis that proposes to have the answer to what we seek. However, I believe the key to finding your ‘sweet spot’, your place in life where you can flourish, is to increase your self-awareness about who you are, what you are good at, what you want in life and where your talent fits best. Tools are available to help you acquire this knowledge. Additionally, now we even have life coaches like yours truly who are trained to help you in this quest.

A life coach can help you acquire important knowledge about yourself that will help you get to where you need to be. Additionally, your coach will help you work through the pitfalls that often prevent dreams from becoming reality. If you are someone who is seeking to take your life to the next level or are just surviving because you don’t know where to turn, seek out a life coach to help you through this period. A qualified life coach can help you open up a whole new world of opportunity for you that will inject you with a new motivation to wake up in the morning and want to get out of bed. That’s what living life in you ‘sweet spot’ is like: An inspirational life adventure where you are successful, happy and fulfilled.
