Emotional Wellness

Emotional wellness helps us gain insight into how we feel and why we react the way we do.  Learning to understand  our ourselves and our emotional responses to stress or other negative situations helps us manage our emotions more efficiently and life a happier life. 

Emotional wellness is demonstrated by the overall comfort with and acceptance of one's full range of feelings.  Positive emotions such as happiness, amusement, excitement, and love contribute to our overall sense of well-being.
