Create a Positive Attitude

I cannot express just how important it is to create and maintain a positive attitude and belief in your ability to accomplish your goals. Creating a positive attitude will determine how successful you are in life and ultimately your ability to accomplish what you want. The idea that your thoughts and belief in your circumstances will determine your outcomes in life has been highlighted throughout the ages in spiritual scripture and demonstrated more recently in scientific research.
Hope in Faith Theory
Today, numerous studies have been conducted to support this idea that all things are possible to you if you believe they are possible. For instance, recent research by C.R. Snyder, a positive psychologist, does a great job of laying it out in a theory he developed called Hope Theory.
For Snyder, hope is one’s ability to identify ways to achieve their goals and to motivate oneself via thinking that will lead them to explore and ..... Read More
Create a Success Plan

Imagine you are about to head out on a road trip to a place you have never been before without directions. If you have time to waist and are just looking to do something really out of the ordinary by blindly seeking your destination you may take this approach. 99.9% of the time however, I think it is safe to assume you would want directions. You Are a Masterpiece

The self-image, our subconscious representation of what we believe about ourselves, is the guidance system for our lives. If our self-image tells us we can do it, we can do it, if our self-image says you are no good and are a failure, you can be sure defeat will follow. Unfortunately, life is not always perfect. Even parents who love us and have the best intentions for us make mistakes and end up constructing our guidance system in an inefficient way.
The truth is, while we may have been fed information during our childhood by others or even ourselves that says we are not talented, the truth is each one of us is a unique creation of God that contains talents and positive attributes that are unique to us which can have a positive aspect in the world. We all have value and we need to realize that.
The key to putting a winning mental self-image together is to first understand and accept the fact that we do have strengths. Yes, each one of us is ..... Read More
